Hi there everyone I'm at my lowest point of life I purchased a Samsung s24 from ao.com and they sent me a wrong phone I took pictures of the iPhone 15 they sent I got it on BNPL they are insisting they sent the correct phone they won't refund the finance company newday finance company until they receive the phone back Martin Lewis does not seem that he can help me who can because I'm in a mental health of state Ive just lost my mother recently I don't need this stress infact I feel like taking my life

Sorry so the issue is that you have received the wrong phone & they wont issue a refund until the phone is back with them? That's fairly standard - can you return the phone?2

as for the phone, if you want a refund you will have to return the phone they have delivered wrongly. Ensure you send it securely. if they don't give you a return label make sure it is sent signed for and with insurance0 -
