Did anyone win on the Balsam Hill advent?? Did you get your prize. I was sent something different to the prize (significantly less expensive) I won and don’t seem to be getting anywhere with them.

I'm sorry this happened to you.
Have they given you an answer to why you received what you did?
What was the difference etc?

I didn't win anything but I have in the past had issues with a large company who didn't provide a prize, they then sent me the prize (but a standard version and not a limited edition version as they sent they didn't have any available) to me I was a little miffed as obviously a limited edition would be worth a lot less later on, but I was just gateful to my prize eventually. I did have to report it to ASA who contacted the company and got it sorted ASAP.
The ASA is the Advertising Standards Authority who often look in to false advertising including Competition Prizes.
You can fill out a form on their website: https://www.asa.org.uk/ they might take a few days to get back to you but mine was pretty quick.

It came with no note so I assumed it was sent in error and got straight back to them. They said they were out of stock so sent one they had. I asked if I could send it back as I was happy to wait for the original one to come back into stock even if that meant I’d not have it til next year. I’ve sent two emails and had a call (albeit not with the lady that sent the email) I’ve not heard anything back. If I don’t make any progress I’ll contact the ASA  Thank you for the links.
