Child Maintenance/Child Benefit

Myself & my ex partner have just had the child benefit award for our 2 children split 50/50 & due to this the CMS has closed down my claim for child maintenance. Am I still entitled to child maintenance from my ex-partner? my child arrangements are on average 4 nights per week with me.

my understanding is that if you are sharing the time you have the kids 50/50 then no maintenance is due.

If Ex-partner paid you maintenance for the time you have the children , you would have to pay them for the time they have the children.0
