                    Hi
I owe wescot/cabot just over £1000 for an overdraft, I've been paying a minimal payment to wescot for around 6 years now, Santander have sold the debt to cabot who are letting wescot continue with the payment plan.
To be honest I want it gone, I've only got them and very to pay off then we are totally debt free ( husband just paid a 6 year IVA off!) What would be a reasonable offer to them to pay it off so I can get saving and offer what I've saved?

            Start low. Maybe 25%

You can delete the line about enclosing a budget
And before anyone else mentions it, you can't do a cca request on an overdraft0 -

I didn't realise I could go in so low but I'll try!
Just want them all cleared up now, is there a high success rate do you think?
If not it's £3 a month forever 🤦♀️0 -
That's the choice they have to make.
They will have bought this for 6-16 %, average 10% so they make a profit either way
