Buying an annuity for cash

I would be looking to spend £100K from cash savings. An annuity would fit me perfectly. I don't need a financial adviser because I have done and understood all the research. I have approached several such, not very helpful, annuity providers who will only entertain the 'pension pot' approach. If you can help I would appreciate a heads up. Many thanks.
This seems to be due to the lack of competition due to the very low demand.0 -

I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.2 -
