No they can't re-litigate a closed case and you have nothing to worry about.
I'm really proud when PPC World clearly read this forum, look:

Watch them discuss us! We should be proud.
Neither of those 'lawyers' like me very much, I'd hazard. I have had personal run-ins and contact with both of them over recent years. Then they gave up and are now resorting to mud-slinging in their own little echo chamber.
Shame (for them) their mud isn't sticking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are you under some kind of physical threat? What makes you concerned about your 'safety'?Knowledge2Action said:
Sorry for this, but for certain circumstances, please allow me, the PPC's litigation team is likely checking this forum, and with those specific information, it's not difficult for them to link to the identity. Have to make safety a priority. For the general information that can help others, will not delete. Thanks.KeithP said:

Do you mean one of the two now showing 'N/a' as their thread title? 🤦♂️KeithP said:Is this related to a parking incident mentioned in another thread?
Please keep all discussion about one parking incident to a single thread.
Totally agree.Umkomaas said:Not sure whether it's worth helping when advice becomes irrelevant to other newcomers reading it with the context ripped out of the thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
