Direction Questionnaire still hasn't been issued, what does it mean?

Can anyone here help to give some hints? The acknowledgment of service and defence stage of a PPC claim was almost a year ago, and no progress since then. Is it possible that the Direction Questionnaire will finally come no matter how late, even after nearly a year? Or has the case been dropped somehow?

Is this related to a parking incident mentioned in another thread?
Please keep all discussion about one parking incident to a single thread.

Do you mean one of the two now showing 'N/a' as their thread title? 🤦‍♂️

Not sure whether it's worth helping when advice becomes irrelevant to other newcomers reading it with the context ripped out of the thread.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Yes, possibly. Difficult to say.

    Totally agree.

What do you mean by "stayed"? Will it resume and continue after a long time?

No, it's another parking incident of a different person.

Please can you reinstate the opening posts and titles of the other threads?

Sorry for this, but for certain circumstances, please allow me, the PPC's litigation team is likely checking this forum, and with those specific information, it's not difficult for them to link to the identity. Have to make safety a priority. For the general information that can help others, will not delete. Thanks.

But one of those cases is discontinued. It is over. Deleting the opening post and title is a problem because new porters read threads and learn from them.

Please could you just edit it to state less detail and anonymise it without losing the context?

Also PPCs will not read your OLD threads!  Current one maybe (albeit unlikely). Old one that's all over? No.

Sure, understand it's discontinued (but there's another case from the same PPC, and just heard it's possible they could reinstate? Quite worried), but thanks for the good advice. Being a newbie here, really don't know much about these things, thanks for your guidance.
