TPT Employer Pension

My wife has a small DC pension via her employer with TPT and expects to retire in about October this year. The pot will be about 27k as at end Sep, it's all in their cash fund now as she moved it out of the 2032 target fund recently.
We'd like to take it all over approx 2 years so that she'll pay no tax and delay taking her main DB pension until then.
We'll probably just take the TFLS in October,  as her wages will have used all her allowance by then, and not take any from taxable bit until April 2026.
Do TPT support this method or would she need move it to a SIPP?
Just asking in case anyone here has dealt with TPT before and knows their rules.
Thanks
