Glasses online description.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses from the online seller, Goggles4u.
These were purchased some years ago and are no longer online.
I have tried the chat thing on their site but did not get the answer I was looking for.
The measurements of the glasses frame. I am aware that the temple size length, the total width, and the nose bridge measurements are as stated on the glasses sites.
I get confused over the measurements: the width of the lens area and the height. Do the measurements include the frame or just the lense?
The other day I bought a pair from some other glasses online site and they turned out to be bigger than I thought and the frame was very cheap even for the 50 pounds I paid inc p&P - I've sent those back
If you have bought a pair recently from Goggles4u and the frame you bought is still online, please can you help?

Measurements are usually just the lens.
Best bet pop in to the likes of specsavers & try some frames on.Life in the slow lane1 -
I've tried Specsavers and they have nothing that I fancy. The last pair of glasses I got from them was a designer pair. I bought them as they looked good on me, the build quality. I've been to Specsavers twice and nothing there I like as glasses are either too big, ie the current trend and/or to plastic and feel cheaper than chips. Even the designer glasses
are no longer substantial in their feel.0 -

Cheers. How about the height? Often states frame - this is where I get confused.
IIRC, Goggles4u never did charge postage as all glasses were sub 10 pounds.0 -
