Following on from my previous post just wanted to say a huge massive thanks to @sourcrates @fatbelly @RAS and @Manyways
So all of my credit cards have defaulted, all have been sold on accept HSBC it looks like they want to hold on to the debt for as long as they can, dont know if this is usual but they are the only ones still holding on to the defaulted debt
At this stage i was getting millions of letters a day and you guys pointed me out in the right direction, i phoned all the creditors and due to my circumstances they have all give me some time to get finances in order and to then go through income and expenditure.
Ive got 30 to 60 days of all of the creditors and probably will be able to get another 30 days as income has dropped off a cliff.
Just some final thoughts from everyone, do you think nows a good time to do a CCA request while the accounts are officially on hold, i dont really want to pee anyone off and have a letter before action sent out to me.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks once again for the legendary help!

That`s not going to happen Steve, you are dealing with computers, not people, you are simply an account number to them, what may seem like a big deal to you, isn`t to them.
CCA requests are best left until your debts are older, have been sold at least once, and you are looking to either settle for a few quid, or walk away if no agreement can be produced, you are not really at that stage yet.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. The chance of a CCA being found decreases as time goes on and they are sold. You can only guess how they operate so there is no way of knowing what the outcome would be. Personally I'd give it a year or two so you are more of a historic record than an active interest.
