Has anyone got experience of My Pension Expert sorting their pension?

I've never heard of them, but, as a starting point what do you need sorting?

They are IFAs but I believe they only use DFM solutions and not advisory.   That is not a problem if its a low cost DFM but would be a limitation if its an expensive DFM.

They are also a large national firm and not your more typical small independent IFA.    Some prefer to use one type over the other given the usual pros and cons of using large vs small.
