Problem topping up SIPP with Hargreaves Lansdown

Has anybody else had a problem depositing money to Hargreaves Lansdown SIPP by card today? I went to do so, but when I filled out the amount box nothing appeared in the tax relief box, and you couldn't put your card details in.

I tried adding a lump sum online earlier this year and couldn’t - I ended up ringing them and someone put the payment through and even arranged the investment for me, which I thought was good customer service.1
