It is not separate.. UKPC have contracted both Moorside and DCB Legal to make this claim for once claimed incident on the same date at the same time.0

Surely you've sent Moorside a copy of DCB Legal's claim and told them to wind their necks in otherwise you'll report them to the SRA?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We don't have an actual claim form from Moorside yet; they are just issuing letters to which we have responded with the standard response.

Thread Update..
Moorside dropped their claim after telling them that DCB were pursuing it, I missed a trick sending the same reverse-uno email to DCB; but you live and learn..
The playbook has continued with DCB,
Anywaaayyy... Notice of allocation to the small claims track received 30th December 2025
