Yeah for 6 years the IVA has been paying his directly to Santander and I've been paying wescot for mine for just under 6 years.sourcrates said:If it was a joint debt, you are both jointly and severely liable for the money.
The IVA is paying his share, they can chase you for yours, are they doing so currently?
But the 2 letters we had from Cabot were 1 each in our names so they shouldn't be asking for him anyway. Just confused me abit when my credit file is saying it's closed and no default is listed0 -
