I am looking for contact details of the company Skye loans which took over loans from Blackhorse in 2015. I am currently trying to sell my house. My solicitor contacted me because when she checked the Land Registry, Skye loans was still secured to my house.
We had taken a loan from Blackhorse which was taken over by Skye Loans. This loan was paid off nine years ago.
We had forgotten all about it until our solicitor contacted us. I badly need to contact them.
please can anyone help us get out of this nightmare.

A quick look and the news ain't good, there are a few stories about charges not being lifted by Skye.
This ain't going to be resolved quickly so if you are selling you may have to pull out till resolved.
There seems to be no contact details for Skye. You can get your solicitor to dispute with the Land Registry to get the entry removed. I know it's a long shot but do you have any paperwork/statements from when was paid off?

Sadly I don’t have any paperwork. My bank hasn’t been a great help. I thought if I could get some of my statements I could see when the last payment was. However they say they only go back seven years.0

I've read a couple of stories just now where people have been in battle with Skye to acknowledge the loan has been paid off. They finally acknowledged but like in your case the land registry charge hasn't been removed even after acknowledgement. These posts were about 3-4 years ago. There wasn't a success story.
Contact your solicitor to liaise with the Land Registry. Hopefully they are aware of Skye Loans judging by their history. I presume in these circumstances the Land Registry will write out to Skye with a "Prove the loan exists still letter". If they fail then the Land Registry should remove the title.
This is going to take time. Not what you want to hear when trying to sell a house.1
