Child Benefit threshold increase

Last year I moved in with my partner, due to his earnings I cancelled my child benefit payments for my son. I have received a text message today from 'HM Revenue and Customs' with the following info: 'If you opted out of receiving Child Benefit payments and you and your partner each earn less than £80,000, you may now want to opt back in. This follows recent increases to thresholds for the High Income Child Benefit Charge.' I've had a quick google and can't find any confirmation of this so wondered if anyone could confirm if this is true as I would be able to start claiming it again if it is. Many thanks.
