Omaze complaints

Hi
I have a complaint I need to take up with Omaze. But they don't reply to their  contact form or "teams" email. 
Does anyone one know of a contact number or competitions overseeing board I can contact.

The "teams" e-mail is generally the only one they put out - you could try a Facebook post or message

Advertising Standards might deal with a complaint although with a free entry route Omaze is set up to avoid most gambling regulations

Resolver cases have always worked for me.

I have gotten a response from them in the past from (team@omaze.co.uk) and I know they use Freshdesk - from support@omaze.freshdesk.com. Although, if the complaint is something they don't want to deal with... I suppose there's not much point trying to get in touch with them as surely they would have seen your email(s) by now.
