Tax free childcare - option to to reconfirm missing?

Hi, I got notified that my window for reconfirmation of TFC eligibility on 24/12 and the window for doing so closed on 19/1 but despite logging on at various points since, the option to reconfirm isn't there. It looks like it might be under Re-apply or apply for another child but when I click on that it doesn't go anywhere - I'm sure that this wasn't how I've done it previously anyway. I've tried using three different browsers with the same result 
I'm baffled - anyone had similar?
