Ok, fair enough, so did it make you happier?
I mentioned cash because they seemed to be quite keen in the advert I saw to point out how rich this bloke was.
I've not used his stuff, although I did buy a CD set of his on eBay - not listened to it yet.
Not seen the ads either. He's been on QVC a few times - on there he doesn't push getting rich at all.0 -
A genuine question:
if people have read this blokes books before, HAS it actually improved their lives? I honestly don't mean to sound cynical but if it really worked as well as it said on a tv advert I once saw wouldn't everyone be millionaires?
I'm not trying to knock anyone or indeed the freebie, I was just wondering if it was worthwhile sending for.
It improved my life by £2 after I sold it on ebay
They do call you though as has been said, so make sure you put in an un-used mobile number (free o2 sim perhaps, everyone has these dont they?), or the ever popular number "0123456789"_________________________________:starmod: Please do not feed the trolls! :starmod::beer:0 -

I never give my phone number on these things, unless I know I won't mind if they call me. I just put a row of noughts appropriate to the number of digits there'd usually be for my area instead - hasn't stopped me receiving things at all.BSC #53 - "Never mistake activity for achievement."

That's smart! I just use some of my really old phone numbers. Freaky number memory does help sometimes! :rolleyes:I :heartpuls Procrastination.0 -
I put "xd" in the phone numbers fields (my number is ex-directory and I don't give it out as a matter of principle!) and the form seemed to go through OK.0

I applied for this, gave my mobile number (only number I've ever had so no alternative).
Got a phone call yesterday checking my address. Hard to understand what he said (sloppy speaker!) so I just barked "cut to the chase" down the phone and he said he was checking my address, so I said it quickly/clearly then said "OK?" and he said book was on its way and scuttled off.
Of course they will contact people to try to sell them something - that's why they've given the book away! But I won't do it.0
