Any one else having trouble logging into their account. Apparently as I am not giving them my memorable word they won't let me in! And not offering any other solution as computer says no!

It's an irritation but not one worth spending time over IMO. OTOH - given my energy plan has been with Sainsburys for the last couple of years, perhaps it's worth more than I thought!No man is worth crawling on this earth.
