Any one else having trouble logging into their account. Apparently as I am not giving them my memorable word they won't let me in! And not offering any other solution as computer says no!

    I barely look at the account but tried to access it before Christmas - nothing. Ditto this week.

    It's an irritation but not one worth spending time over IMO. OTOH - given my energy plan has been with Sainsburys for the last couple of years, perhaps it's worth more than I thought!
