Mortgage application after fraud

Last year I discovered a fraudulent account on my credit report that went into default. It took a while but this has recently been removed. My credit score through Experian has restored, but through TransUnion is a bit lower than it was.
I now have a Cifas victim of impersonation flag on my report. Other than this, the only lasting impression is that my credit card limit was reduced from £2.5k to £500 due to my score being affected when the account was in default, but it’s something I’ll look to increase in the future.
I’m now in the process of buying a property with my partner. Does anyone know what impact this situation could have on my mortgage application? My mortgage advisor has confirmed reporting the account was the right thing to do and the flag may just cause a bit of a delay, however just wanted to seek advice and opinions from anyone who may have dealt with a similar situation.
