My PCLS was paid on new years day, My birthday is 3rd of Jan
If I remember I think there was only one payroll run, approx 24th of the month. They send a payslip a week before. This is XLS

Not too sure on the "have to" part but I'd push it yes, doubt they would offer it, but various cases which have gone to the Ombudsman where they have asked them to pay interest because of such delays. Weeks , not really, months delays, certainly. All down to the final details of how long etc. From memory they suggest to use the bank of England rate and calculate on a simple interest basis so it generally doesn't work out to be much at the end of the day which probably puts people off botheringPat38493 said:I have a felling I know what the answer to this will be, but if they are months late with paying my PCLS but it is still calculated as of the date I requested, do they have to pay me interest on the delay?0
