    Agreed, and thanks for your help and input.

    I think i know what im going to do moving forward (famous last words)

    Currently live off savings and equity from property downsize monies
    57 focus on taking £16,760 annually from DC pots untill 65
    65 onwards start taking DB pension (see if PCLS is a possibility)
    67 state pension

    I am guessing that should read DB not DC,
