I received an email re 250 nectar points for doing shops in 2024 ( I did a lot) but nothing is showing in my nectar account to claim them Any advice please?

Hi @chrissy3634 Did you log in and claim them at the bottom of the page? 
We barely shopped with them but we also received the 250 points, it was added to our account as soon as I clicked claim. I hope that helps.
