Interactive Investor annual statement - or lack of

Has anyone received their annual statement yet from Interactive Investor? Despite multiple secure messages and promises from them that's it's "coming soon", I have still not received my annual statement for the 23/24 tax year, and as we know, the deadline for HMRC submission is looming.
I know I can go through all the transactions and tot them up, but I've had quite a lot of contributions this year, also interest earned on cash balances, and would just like a simple annual summary - they normally send it over in Sept/Oct timeframe, so not sure why it's taking so long this year, unless they've had some kind of IT issue.
Anyone got theirs yet?

My one issued for July to Sept was downloaded in October (can't remember the date it was issued, but by the middle of the month). So I would expect this quarter's to be available by about 15th Jan.0

What do you mean by "statement" - I seem to receive a statement on my II SIPP every quarter - the last one was received is dated 30/09 but it does not indicate when it was actually uploaded.. My only II account is a SIPP.
Based on your OP I am guessing that what you really mean is the "consolidated tax certificate" for a GIA account with II? If so I can't help as all my II money is in a SIPP and the banner says "We do not issue Consolidated Tax Certificates to ISA or SIPP accounts.
Any income derived in these accounts will not ordinarily be subject to further income tax in the UK.
Any dividends or interest received will be shown on your annual statement."0 -
If you are referring to the consolidated tax certificate prepared by II for GIA accounts, mine was prepared by II on 14 May 2024, and I downloaded it from the documents section of the II app in June 2024.fronty said:Has anyone received their annual statement yet from Interactive Investor? If you have the app, go into your GIA account, click on the three dots at top right for the drop down box of options then click on documents. The tax certificates icon has all your historical year end certificates going back to inception of the account.0 -
Good point - when you click to see your documents, you do not automatically see all documents - you need to change the document type to "consolidated tax certificate".poseidon1 said:

I'm referring to the Annual Benefit Statement - strangely it appeared in my document history under "My SIPP Documents" about an hour after I posted the message, maybe II were listening!0

My only II account is a SIPP.MiFIDII in 2018 mandated that statements should be quarterly for investments that fell under its scope. So, that is why platforms issue the statements quarterly. Certain asset types fall outside of MiFIDII. e.g. life funds and pension funds and they can still be annually. But OEICs/UTs fall within it.
The cost and charges disclosure needs to be annually.
A pension projection (or benefit statement) needs to be annually. - although these are so useless nowadays that they are usually best ignored.
