You also need to take into account the balance at the end of the fix. A product with a lower rate will leave a lower outstanding balance.I am a mortgage broker. Thanks, the 5 year deal no fee looks best. We haven't got the 999 product fee to get the lowest deal but there's only £100 difference over the term0
