Which Lenders Remortgage Help to Buy: Equity Loan in 2025?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on remortgaging a flat bought with the Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme. I was told that most lenders don’t allow remortgaging if the equity loan is still in place.

Does anyone know which lenders do offer remortgages for Help to Buy properties without having to repay the equity loan first?

Any recommendations or personal experiences would be really helpful.

    Few is the simple answer. Can you not get a good option from your current lender? Remortgages on Flats can be tricky if the flat is in a large block.
