Hi there going through mortgage application
all going well have been asked to clear some small outstanding debts and 1 M&S loan of £9,900.
the others are fine all cleared and sorted.
can anybody help me please if I am going through a morgage application I have deposit £14,000 fine but need to pay the £9,900 off.
can my partner pay my loan off with a loan.
so that is officially not in my name anymore as she is not on the morgage application just an occupant.
if she signed a form to say it’s a gift from her and she is to pay the loan back herself is that enough. Mortgage with nationwide.
