2. The prize for the winners consists of afree 30-minute consultationat By Firdous® HEALTH and a 20-minute consultation by Strictly Body Gains.

3. Winners haveup to one yearfrom notification to claim their prize.

4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

5. 3 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by By Firdous® HEALTH and Strictly Body Gains.

7. The competition commences on5th January, 2025, and concludes 30 days later. Winners will be contacted using the provided contact details submitted during entry.
