Competition Terms:

No purchase is necessary to participate in this prize draw.
The competition will commence on December 23rd, 2024, and end on January 12th, 2025. One winner will be chosen on January 13th, 2025, and announced through our social media channels once the winner has confirmed the prize through an email. Participants can win one ‘£12,000.00’ bathroom and installation package, as outlined below. The ‘bathroom’ advertised in the competition is limited to one room only. The prize draw is open to UK residents (excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands) over 18 years old only.

Methods of Entry:

To meet the conditions participants must complete the ‘Sign Up Form’ on the Easy Bathrooms website; entries must include name, email address, postcode and mobile number to be valid.
Upon successfully being drawn, the winner will be asked for proof of both requirements. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen. This prize draw is in no way run by, associated with, or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

01. £12K Bathroom and Installation Prize:
01.1 The participant who is successfully drawn at random will receive the ‘£12,000 bathroom prize’, consisting of products and installation. This amount covers a £4,000.00 spend on Easy Bathrooms products only, including bathroom items, tiles and adhesive. The remaining £8,000.00 will cover any installation needed to fit the participant’s products, under product cost terms, limited to one bathroom only.
01.2 Subject to survey, installation cost covers the installation of the winner’s chosen Easy Bathrooms products, within the £4,000.00 product limit. If the installation exceeds the £8,000.00 limit, additional charges may be incurred. Any additional products outside of the £4,000.00 limit are chargeable to the participant. Installation will be subject to survey, including lighting, fixtures and reasonable internal plumbing needs.
01.3 The ‘£12,000.00’ prize cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative, store credit will not be offered, should the participant choose not to have a bathroom installed.
01.4 The prize will be supplied by Easy Bathrooms, with installation carried out through Easy Bathrooms’ internal installation service. Easy Bathrooms’ decision over the validity of entries, prize winners and any other aspect of this prize draw are final and no correspondence will influence any final decision.

01.5 The winner must be a UK resident (exlcuding Northern Ireland).

02. Claiming the Prize:
02.1 The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) working days of having been notified.
02.2 If the winner has not claimed their prize or winner refuses or is unable to provide an eligible email address or verify they are eligible for receipt of their prize, this will result in forfeiture of the prize and Easy Bathrooms reserves the right (without further liability to the winner) to perform a redraw (on the same basis as above) from the pool of Eligible Entrants who have completed the online ‘Sign Up’ form.
02.3 Prize must be claimed within 6 months of acceptance.

03. Data:
03.1 We can only use your personal information/identity and any other information you provide to us to help us to comply with our duties under the law to provide the goods and handle your payment for them. With prior consent we are also able to use your information to tell you about our products & services on the condition that we stop when instructed to do so by yourself in writing. We promise to use reasonable care to keep said information secure and confidential. You promise that the information you provide to us is true and to notify us promptly of any changes.
03.2 Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to feature the name, city/county and images of prize winners in future publications and publicity.
03.3 Easy Bathrooms must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. Easy Bathrooms may publish the name of the prize winner alongside their social media handle.
03.4 By participating in the prize draw, the winner hereby grants Easy Bathrooms the right to use and publish photographs or videos taken of the winner’s chosen bathroom for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes related to Easy Bathrooms and its products or services. For any questions or concerns regarding the use of photographs or videos, the winner may contact Easy Bathrooms directly.
