GoodLifePlus raffle site phone call

I have had a phone call today from Bernard from Trust Life Plus. It one of the paid raffle sites.

i must have entered a competition at some point (no idea) and although I had not won the main prize I had won 100 tickets into a draw for a car. I was also invited to have a seven day free trial into the sites membership which would give me access to offers and raffles. I could cancel after that or pay for membership.

Although perfectly courteous and polite, and absolutely not a hard sell, very pleasant when I said I didn’t want to sign up (but could I give a review on Trust Pilot),  this phone call and competition was clearly just a sales pitch.

I have been sceptical about these raffle sites in the past and I think I will give them a miss in future.
