Work Pension and Bonus Payment

My employer pays 3% and I pay 5% into my work Stake Holder Personal Pension Plan each month. If I receive a Bonus amount greater than my montly salary should 3 and 5% of the Bonus also get added to pension?

My annual bonus is pensionable, unless you opt out. I have been pushing for full bonus sacrifice but they aren’t budging. I put 25% in, they put 12%.
I can increase my contribution to a max of 62% for the month it is paid to sacrifice as much as possible.
