Probably a stupid question

I have savings that I will owe tax on...
I also have some bitcoin. I intend to sell £3000 before april....

£3k is within my cgt allowance, but is this added to savings interest tax?

No, and, assuming you have no other gains, you can sell more than £3000 tax free as it is only the gain that is taxed not the total proceeds.
