Please don’t potentially put your house at risk by exchanging unsecured debt for secured debt.

As RAS suggested, throw everything at the ASDA debt first which you could clear in 7 months. Then focus on the other credit cards.
This in itself may open up some balance transfers before the 0% runs out in October 26.

    I'd slightly modify that.

Set the DDs slightly above the minimums for all the debts, maybe rounding up to the nearest fiver. Then put the rest into the Asda debt. We don't know exactly how the algorithms work, but demonstrate a reducing debt and above minimum payments seems to help.

Cancel that loan, consolidating unsecured to secured is rarely a good idea, and for an ex gambler it is much more risky than other people.

And conslidating debt that is at 0% for more than a year is just madness.

Dont fall for the seductive idea that just one large debt will easier to manage and to overpay, that isnt how it works out in practice for way too many people.

    Hi All,

Just an update, I’ve managed to cancel the loan application. Also today marks 50 days since I last gambled, I have a tracker which is proving helpful in keeping my recovery going.
