After getting kicked out of Ipsos iSay (still awaiting £12 settlement) think I have just signed back up via SB, strange survey, got 150SB so not bothered if signed up or not.

Has anybody else had a problem redeeming Amazon gift cards today?

I still have two instantly redeemable gift cards for this month, and about half an hour ago I went to redeem a £5 Amazon gift card, but all it says is "processing, your gift card should be available within an hour."

I will get back here a bit later to say if I managed to redeem it or not.

Edit: Since it's been over an hour, I clicked on the "contact us" button in the "My Rewards" section, to ask them for help. But I'm worried they'll ignore the email because since last April they've ignored all my tickets for surveys that didn't credit.

Will update tomorrow.

Amazon vouchers are not showing for me today. Pretty sure they were there yesterday.

Amazon vouchers disappeared for me too. Cashed 2 on Wednesday with no issues.

Amazon: they did this once before but undid it last time.

There's a reward option "Reward Link UK" which is a 3rd party redemption site where you can pick from a cataog of reward cards. Including Amazon. So you can still get Amazon but you have to do it through this other site.

If you look at the SB reward page and read the description for "Reward Link UK" there's a link

which actually takes you to Tango Card rewards which some UK communities use. And click on "Reward Catalog" at the top of the Tango Card page and you can see which rewards are available there. Including Amazon UK

There is a code. You can find it on the Swagbutton or the Swagbucks Facebook page. But there is only 5 minutes left to claim it, or 2 hours and five minutes if you are high enough in the tiers.

Edit: I meant to ask if anyone knows how I can get them to refund me. I would want to put the points towards that other gift card if they won't give us Amazon gift cards anymore. But they never reply to my tickets so I don't know how to get them to reply.

JJ is correct it has happened before and I think it only took a few days to resolve, of course no guarantees....

Yes, you can cancel a Swagbucks gift card order, but only if it has not yet been processed or delivered

. If you have not verified the order, you can cancel it via your "My Rewards" page, or it will automatically cancel after 7 days. Once verified, the order is usually final.
