heard good things about Swagbucks so thought i'd try them and signed up last night. I like surveys and paid-to-play games and saw that Swagbucks does both. The surveys sections seems fine. I screened out of a few i tried but this is normal in survey taking. However, when i decided to install a game, i ran into problems.It said 'not installed'. I have installed it - through their site as instructed - game installed on phone no problem, and been playing it. A day later, it's still saying 'not installed'. I've had this with one or two other sites and ended up uninstalling them but i thought Swgbucks would be better. I can't find anywhere on the app to email them, just the F & Q area with nowhere to submit your own query. Anyone else had these problems?

I am sorry to tell you that Swagbucks is nothing like as good as it used to be - although it is still possible to earn enough for some gift cards each month, one used to be able to rake it in, whereas now it is a struggle.  Many ways of earning have been stripped from the UK, although remaining in the US;  and many parts of the web site stop working without any explanation, and although some may start to work again, others never do.  If you are planning to concentrate on surveys, you will find the ones at Answer are updated very regularly;  however, now and again you complete one and are told that you are disqualified!  In order to put in a ticket, it is important to have a screenshot of a late stage in the survey, as evidence that you completed it.  I tend to put the survey details (reference number, time started, URL etc.) in a small Notepad window in the corner of my screen, and include it in the screenshots I take as I go along, so that if I need it I have an up-to-date one to attach to a ticket.

I can't advise you on mobile games, as I never get involved in them, but I believe that the Reddit section on Swagbucks tends to discuss them.

A final caution - cash out for a gift card as soon as you have earned enough Swagbucks;  although it doesn't happen often, now and then there are reports of somebody being ejected from Swagbucks, and their accumulated earnings are lost.

Hi @lilbooboo I am not an expert on swagbuck mobile games but have done 3 or 4 over the last year or so. I did not have the same issue as you, all games installed ok, said tracking active and games appeared under my continue playing. One game worked ok then after completing a few low level goals where I kept checking  all was ok, I stopped checking as I assumed any future goals earned would be awarded too. Rookie Mistake ☹️ -  the tracking stopped "tracking" yet SB stated active tracking was working.  
As @MollyR suggested, Reddit has an active community of SB gamers and its worth reading as others are likely to have posted similar problems with solutions.
As it has happened to you on other sites as well, it could be that the correct permissions have not been granted on both your phone, the SB app and the game apps themselves. All cookies have to be consented to on install as well. If you use a VPN or adblocker these will have an effect too.
The game app must be installed via the game link on SB app. It will not track or register an install if it is downloaded directly from a playstore search outside of the SB app.

I used to do a few games, but they became a bit tedious, and some of them were not working properly, so haven't done many recently.  I did do one at beginning of January, and I always get the link delivered to my email address and download via the link in the email they send.  I also seem to get emails, telling me I have installed it as well as when I hit a new goal.  Might be something in my settings I am not sure, but it is reassuring, and also I have proof if needed.  I also noticed that when the SB are credited to your account the "games" come under play and not discover.

To make sure it has downloaded and registered to your account, you can check the activity log, click on visited and you should see details about the offer and a way to contact customer services as well.  See  photo.

This was also at the bottom of email with download link in it:- Install and open the app within 10 minutes of click to lock in your reward amount.

For me the best thing about Swagbucks is you can easily get 10-20 SB per day by:

Doing the daily poll (1)
Getting a search win (3)
Playing a free game (6) 
Clicking Tapjoy searches - currently only working on a phone (a few more SB)
Playing the Daily Trivia on your phone (normally 1-3 SB)

Plus other things on most or some days, like codes (Mon to Fri 4-6pm) and reaching the first goal on the to-do list, which is easy 6 days a week.

Re Tapjoy searches 

I use the daily trivia app on a phone to access Tapjoy searches. I am still routinely getting 40+SB each day. The last time I counted I got 53SB.

Anybody else getting this?

I only see 3 or 4 of them with "Search" in the title.  Are there others which do not identify themselves as "Search"?
