Where in Prolific do you find these podcasts? I have tried selecting All, then sorting by highest paying, then scrolling down to the bottom, but I still cannot see them.

Just wanted to say that I finally got my gift card. For some reason, I couldn't get the Tango site to load. My computer kept blocking me, and saying it wasn't safe to proceed. Then when I explained this to Swagbucks, they emailed my code straight to me, so I didn't end up having to go through the third party site.
Thought that might be useful information if anybody ever has the same problem. Although now I think about it, I probably spent more time trying to figure out how to redeem my gift card than I spent earning it!2 -

Molly, have you tried on a computer or laptop? On my desktop I'm seeing a couple of podcasts for only 1 SB but they're not showing on my phone.

Ah! Thanks, Dave, I hadn't thought of using the desktop - I can see three podcasts for 6SB each, and they have all credited instantly. No more scrolling up and down on the mobile!!

Anyone else having difficulty with CPX and RU now not being logged by SB
working fine till today but did a survey and it didn’t credit at SB end which has never happened before.
i wonder if it’s severing links with RU but how can CPX still offer SB rewards if this is the case.
I’ve put in a ticket with CPX3 -
Missymouse, I also noticed this. I only started taking CPX surveys at 6pm today, but then I noticed I didn't get paid for two surveys in a row.
I've put a ticket in with both CPX and Swagbucks. Quickest way to make sure somebody notices.
CPX usually don't take long to respond. I hope it's just a bit of a delayed payout. That happens sometimes, but usually it's only delayed by a few minutes. I've been waiting two hours.2 -
I can’t put a ticket in on SB as it’s not showing on log on SB and CPX have responded as it has gone through on their end. Very poor3

I got a reply from CPX within 10 minutes, apologising, and also saying they manually credited me. But I didn't receive the points. I messaged them back telling them that.
I can't remember this long of a delay before, when completing CPX surveys. I hope nothing else nefarious is going on. It seems like Swagbucks doesn't go a week without something going wrong.3
