They refunded my points for my Amazon gift card, and I'm afraid to try redeeming them again in case it's just another two days of the same problem.

Yes, I've redeemed many gift cards since they added all those extra steps, and although it's more complicated now, I didn't have trouble redeeming them before. I hope we'll all be able to get our gift cards.

Just successfully redeemed two £10 Amazon gift cards, no issues (other all the extra hoop jumping they have recently introduced)

Thanks for letting us know. That's reassuring. Perhaps it was just an error with the one I ordered, somehow?

I just clicked again on "view my gift card" but this time, instead of sending me a broken link, there was a pop-up in the lower right corner, saying "An error occurred while unlocking the reward. Please try again later". Do you think that's good or bad?

I've been worried about it the last 24 hours, because since they brought about instant reward redemption once you get to a certain level, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and if the page had a problem loading before, I'd wait 5 minutes and refresh the page, and it would always work fine before.

I really hope we can all get our gift cards.

My issue was more that I’m meant to have instant gift cards stating  this on my page as I reached the next level and it worked earlier in year but now I’m having to wait as I used to do which is frustrating 

it’s been so dull this month

I think that with the instant delivery of gift cards you get so many a month, and after that any others are back to the usual delays.

Thank you all for your replies. I think I will wait until tomorrow night when I should have enough to (try to) redeem a £15 voucher. I still keep getting the pop-up in the lower right corner, telling me what to do if I don't receive my gift card, but none of that worked with the last one.

Also, they should have given me back one of my instant redemptions since the gift card didn't work, but they didn't give it back, so if I have the same problem with the next gift card, I don't want to lose my last instant redemption.

@dunnm1 it's painfully slow for me as well. I believe the 1st goal for Easter Monday was > 100sb which seemed far too high for a Bank Holiday.

I did something long ago (never found out what) that angered the gods of SB so I'm banned from surveys like you. At least in the old days, double or treble SB on RevU broke things up by making the goals easier for a few days, and if I remember you earned over 1000SB on some of those treble days, but now it's just a long slow grind every day.

I think record on a RevU treble day was over 1800SB, seems a long time ago now.

After my posts last night went on CPX just for 1SB to tick off Discovery things to do. First survey 139SB, 6 mins completed in under 5 mins (specialised topic which I knew about, many test questions to ensure you were knowledgeable) but then after countless screeners/disqualifications so packed in for the night.

The things that really got me this month were lack of SWAGO  and TC.

yes it is not fun anymore. I couldn’t complete my daily goals over Easter as naturally I was busy doing fun things but then when I had a chance later there was nothing there. . Normally there would have been a Swagboard to boost things even if it was just 25sb
