Hi MM, I've not had to raise a ticket for ages, how did you do that, as I also have no offers. Maybe if lots of us raise this issue, they might start to take notice. Thanks

I have raised a ticket just now in the General Ask A Question category. I have received a standard email back with expected response time of 6 - 10 working days.

Including today thats abt 17 days including w/e or 120 sb lost ☹️ I know its only abt 80p but for me, its the principle of it.

Having spent a long time banned from surveys I always went for the 2SB no longer possible for those banned.

Little things but they are starting to add up.

Reviewed earnings, dropped from approx £100 a month last year to £70ish this year yet feels like I am putting more in.

Aside from the constant chipping away at the little things (invite to Team Challenge was crass) finding frequency of estimated time of surveys to be no indication of reality and the surveys that turn into 2 or more to be really annoying. Yet the freaky 200+SB CPX 5 min survey keeps me coming back, had 3 this week!!!

Two days running now, I have completed a CPX survey (which turned out to be quite a bit longer than in the offer) only to find that I am paid less than half of the SB promised. Where my survey payments are listed, it shows not the details in the offer but what it turned into. Yesterday they told me I must have got confused because I had been DQed from several surveys just before the one I completed; today they haven' t responded yet, but I entered no other survey within half an hour or so of the one I completed. This wasn't even one of the ones which switches between three or four before settling on one - it was one seamless survey from start to finish. I complained bitterly that they used to be amongst the most trustworthy of portals. I'll let you know if I get a response. (Never seen a 200+ one for 5 mts - chance would be a fine thing!)

Does anybody else keep getting a worthless Google survey that asks you to use a prototype to turn off Gemini in the workplace, but there is no option to do that? So you can't continue.

I've been given that survey two days in a row. Or maybe something was missing on my end?

And it's really mean that they fixed it so that we can no longer get the full to-do list bonus. Also, it has taken me very many more searches to get my one search win.

I haven't seen a 200sb for 5 mins survey either ☹️ but I have noticed how much longer the survey actually takes than is stated in the offer. I did a 3 min survey for 18sb....a good deal I thought....20 mins later after being passed through "we're finding you a survey" a few times to start with, I finally finished it. Not happy bunny!

RE magic receipt offers - I have had an email asking for more details, which I sent today explaining step by step what the issue is, plus screenshots. I also stated how unfair and unacceptable it is to give members a task that is now impossible to do through no fault of our own. If this task is no longer available to UK users , could they remove the item from the To Do list. Awaiting a response on monday.....

Yes I got a response as well but it was really the case of it being too bad and to keep checking for offers.

I agree it is unacceptable to have something which we aren’t able to complete in the to do list and it needs revising.
