I’ve had no alcohol since 1st January, other than a few glasses of wine on a Maltese holiday a few weeks ago. Just taking it a day at a time.

I got so churned up because there was no contact from my two sons until mid-day, but they redeemed themselves with a good long visit mid-afternoon, with flowers and cake.

Hi all and 31 today please!   No dodgy dancers this week - in fact - no dancers at all!  Not a great night.
