Maggiem, well done for an AF Friday!
I know what you mean about feeling you deserve it, especially at the end of the week for me. I'm sure that resonates with most of us on here?? And yeh, breaking bad habits is totally possible but takes time doesn't it.
I didn't have an AF night last night... didn't over indulge, but still have a slight headache this morning
. So wish I had have had an AF night. I will be next Friday though as I'm going to be with tee total friends, so no better excuse, yippee.
So still 5/15 for me please cathybird

I so understand the "I deserve" part of "its Friday (insert whatever reason" But i actually got through Friday without and so can tick off to 7/20Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -
@maggiem I was doing 'because I deserve it' for getting through another day without imploding every night, and still the hardest one for me is doing a few hours hard graft in the garden which equals a nice cold beer or a glass of wine as a reward when I come in. Clean break stop was the answer for me, but even now at eight months on I think I would go back to doing exactly the same thing if I so much as sniff a glass of wine.
That said, 7 for me please. My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++
