Good afternoon Each and Every, it's a Magnificent Seven for me this month, I'm not sure  I'll reach my target as I'll be away in Menorca for a few days and the only time I ever drink now is when I'm abroad, I've not had a drink for eighteen months now. Unless you include half a tub of Bailey's ice cream, I really don't think that would be a problem!

Yesterday's dodgy dancer looked like a water diviner without the branch!

7/30 for me as well please cathybird - and thank you. I’d like to make it through September as another complete alcohol free month. There are a couple of social things on the horizon and I’m going away with work as well, but I’d like to think I can resist.

Sun evening treat was pentire costal spritz with tonic water.  That was so good I did not miss the wine.  Now, it might be expensive but as the goal is to get off the wine, it might be worth buying again.
