That's amazing Rob well done!
7/24 for yesterday please Cathybird.  I feel like last night was a big hurdle and actually it was easier than I thought it would be.  I'm still wary about going for a night out with friends who are drinking because it's such a temptation to 'just have one' but not at least I know I can do it.
