12/20 promised myself a nice glass of wine after a frantic few days but lets just say an argument in the shop saw me put the bottle back in a strop
Its a win - the argument was because I was tired - the bottle returned to the shelf and drinking at home is something i really want to stop so - I'm reframing it as a win.

Sounds like there is a story to be told there Watty, but it’s probably impolite to ask what that was all about. Normally for me the arguments in shops about buying vs not buying alcohol take place only in my own head.
I am up to 23/31 including today please cathybird. Been over a month since I’ve had any alcohol at all.7 -
