You are right RobM99, I know you like to use that tactic. My issue is, I know how my mind works, if I allow the (mathematical) possibility of a drinking day, it will haunt me all month long. I can’t really leave that door open, not even just a crack; weirdly I find it easier to mentally commit to a whole month AF right from the off, rather than, “Well, I’ll say 30 but really I will be aiming for 31”.
