Kicking the new month off with 1/24 please Cathybird.

This thread has helped me so much in cutting down the number of days that I am drinking.  I feel like I have that under control now.  However, I'm still very much not in control of how much I drink on the days I do.  I find it impossible to just have one drink it always leads to another and another.  So my next challenge is to stop getting drunk!  I don't want to give up drinking completely but I do want to take control of it.  I feel so ill today after a party last night that I just think enough is enough. By posting this I hope that I will feel more accountable about it and more likely to succeed.
