31/31 please cathybird, like one or two others on here I’ve been alcohol free for all of May, June & July (plus second half of April). I’d like to extend that to August as well if I can, got a few socials booked but if I commit to an AF month from the outset I stand a much better chance.

31 today please - I think this must be my first alcohol-free month for 35 years, and I would not have achieved this without this forum thread!
