Hello, it's been a long while since I've been on the boards, but do you mind if I join this thread? I really think some accountability will help me....at 5pm I cave in too easily
I don't want to stop alcohol altogether, but just cut down.
So, there are 6 days left in October....im going to aim for no alcohol for these 6 days.......even though its sunday and I have a quarter of a bottle of wine left....I'll save that for next Saturday night5 -

Still on 19/25. Even if I stay AF for every day of October to come I will miss my target by one...not pleased with that but hey ho...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
