  • I used the notes app on my phone for the weekly meal plan. It means I always have it on hand and when you tick off an item, it saves it so I can look through what I've had and I can just untick it and it puts it back on the list. I also have a list of what's in the freezer as well as a shopping list in the same app.

    Morning all, Happy Friday!

I actually went to bed early last night, i woke up early too but stayed in bed where I still am now wrapped up because its chilly!
I managed to declutter a set of plastic draws onto a family member, so I don't have to sort a way to get rid of those now!
Im very proud of my decluttering so far, I do have a few things to go through, two black bags to put into the rubbish bins but currently bins are full and not collected until 12th!
Ive been on Vinted looking for jumpers as its getting colder and darker in the evenings now. Im only allowing myself to buy two. As I cant do the one in one out rule on these as I have no jumpers!

Well my morning was buuusy, work was quiet but someone outside of work asked for help as there was a dog running in and out of traffic i spent 2 hours trying to catch the dog and we finally managed to get him with a slip lead. He was terrified! The police wouldn't help us either!  We bribed him with sausage rolls and water. Hes gone to a rescue centre so hopefully the owners pick him up. I know i said I wanted to start running but that wasn't what I had planned

  • Re: drinking water - I have a "water drinking schedule" - don't know if something like this would help your target? I go for a minimum of 2 litres a day, I'll add in extra depending on what I've been doing that day. Mine is:

    >> 1 pint water after morning tea but before food

    >> 1 pint water from 12pm, first half of afternoon, before or around food

    >> 1 pint water from 4pm-ish for second half of afternoon, finish before teatime

    >> 1 pint water after tea over the evening, before bed

    >> water on bedside table at night

I don't drink a whole pint in a go, I just keep it handy bearing in mind my targets and when it needs to be finished by! Also I try to leave half an hour between water and food.

Guys.. I've done it. 3 black bags of rubbish (stuff I couldn't sell, broken or just not worth donating) 1 black bag for vinted, 1 black bag for charity!

My room of doom is no longer the room of doom! My OH says it will last a week. OH doesnt realise how much I've decluttered.

    Before:

    After:

I know i still have a lot of stuff piled up. But I can see the floor, that's a win right?!
