    Morning all!

Day 3 of me getting up earlier than usual, and oh am I sleeeeepy today. It's raining as usual, its gloomy and dark out. Ive got a coffee in hand just watching the weather. Today I'm not going to focus too much on decluttering, I cant empty anymore stuff for the rubbish bin as my bin is full and rubbish day isnt until 12th!

Still need to sit down and work out CC debts and what I can pay extra towards. Maybe ill see how much I dont spend over this month and anything I do save I put towards a CC! I may even rewrite my SOA later on.

Day 4 of me getting up earlier than usual, I slept in by 15 minutes today. Less time to myself but less time for me to just sit and watch the rain

I need to update my signature at some point today, maybe ill do it in my lunch. Im aiming to drink 3l of water again. I haven't hit that goal yet, maybe I should lower the goal and gradually increase it?

I plan on ordering a chalk baord for the room of doom when its fully decluttered. I want to write my weekly meal plans on there for both work and home as I never know what to cook. Im so impatient though, so I'm trying to look for somewhere local to get one. I can get one from Hobbycraft but its 40 minutes from work and I know 100% there will be traffic on the journey there as i have to get onto the M4.

  • Just responding to your goal of running 5k. At the start of the summer holidays my friend said she had given herself a target of running Parkrun without stopping by the time her son went back to University in September.

I decided to join her in this, so over the summer have built up the distance I can run, and for the last 3 weeks I’ve run Parkrun without stopping. My friend has been using the couch to 5k programme, and we’ve checked in with each other through the week for moral support.

This is achievable for you, and I would recommend going to your local parkrun, they are friendly groups, with plenty of people walking / running and I’ve found it very motivational to see my time now improving.

  • i still have the chalk board in my kitchen upon which a week's lunches and dinners would be written.  it wasn't so much as a meal plan but as a warning that food was pre allocated.  two fitness made teenagers ate so much food back in the day

Afternoon all, just a quick update.

I won £15 on postcode lottery so I'm going to put that straight into a CC debt.
